As a first step, we recommend connecting your loved one’s medical records to Helpful. This will allow us to provide you with personalized insights and recommendations based on your health history.
Connecting their medical records is quick and easy.
Log in to your account on the app:
Navigate to the "Medical" section at the bottom of the app.
Follow the prompts to connect your loved one’s medical records.
Once you've connected your loved one’s medical records, you will see their after visit summaries, medications and care plan information.
