Our services are designed to address key areas of life. Relationship challenges, trauma, substance abuse, caregiving support and burnout, sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, depression, cultural identity, work-life balance, navigating life transitions, and other day-to-day struggles.
Therapy provides a safe and supportive space for healing and growth, where you can be heard, valued, and understood. Our therapists utilize a trauma-informed, relational approach and integrate various modalities, including CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Feminist therapy, to cater to your unique needs. We can help you navigate a wide range of concerns, such as relationships, trauma, substance use, caregiving and burnout, sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, depression, cultural identity, work-life balance, life transitions, and everyday challenges.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Group therapy creates a space for connection, shared understanding, and collective growth. Whether you're looking for support, new perspectives, or a sense of community, our groups offer a space to be seen and heard. We offer caregiver support groups for those balancing the demands of caring for others while managing their own well-being, as well as other groups focused on relationships, trauma, substance use, sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, depression, cultural identity, work-life balance, life transitions, and everyday stress. Led by trauma-informed therapists, our groups integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Feminist therapy—tailored to the unique needs of each group.
