Emergency Room: $120 copay
Emergency Transportation: $120 copay $30,000 combined lifetime limit for worldwide emergency and urgent care.
Transportation is from incident to nearest medical center, travel from country back to US. is not covered.
Member Services, in conjunction with a medical professional, will arrange for hospital or other services to treat your medical emergency.
If you need help finding a hospital or other medical treatment facility when you need emergency care outside the United States, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global® Core program provides emergency access to hospitals and other providers around the world.

If emergency care or urgently needed care is received outside the United States, a form submitted for reimbursement is required. Supporting documentation for the reimbursement claim includes:

Date of Service
Provider name, type, address, and telephone number
Description of services
Amount paid
