How To Receive

Details on how to apply

  1. Contact the VNS Health EasyCare Team at (866) 783-1444 (TTY 711) for authorization to receive provider-ordered services via telehealth.

    • The provider overseeing the services may help with authorization.

    • Search for network telehealth: Click on the Ancillary Services tab on the page, then click on Telehealth.

  2. Schedule the telehealth visit(s) with the services provider.

  3. Receive instructions on how to access the telehealth platform.

  4. Attend the visit(s).
