• Find a Dentist That Accepts Medi-Cal

  • Visit SmileCalifornia.org and use the provider search tool to find a dentist near you.

  • You can also call 1-800-322-6384 (TTY: 1-800-735-2922) for assistance.

• Schedule an Appointment

  • Call the dentist’s office and mention that you have Medi-Cal Dental.

  • Ask about available appointment times and any paperwork you may need to bring.

• Go to Your Appointment

  • Arrive on time and bring your Medi-Cal ID card or proof of eligibility.

  • Your dentist will let you know what services you need and what’s covered.

• Follow Up as Needed

  • If you need additional treatment, your dentist will guide you on next steps.
