  2. Locate a qualified, Medicare-certified provider of pain management, which could be a primary care provider or a pain management specialist.

  3. Schedule an appointment with the qualified provider to commence with chronic pain management treatment.

  4. Attend the appointment and engage in all recommended follow-ups.
